Project Manager, Interior Design (35 hours per week)
Atelier Dansereau — Interior Design is a young firm operating in the greater Montreal area. Whether for residential, industrial, or commercial projects, Atelier Dansereau specializes in major renovations and new construction.
Atelier Dansereau is looking for someone who wants to join a growing company and contribute to the success of a young interior design firm in the greater Montreal area.
Role and responsibilities
Manage interior design projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and deliverables.
Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors and professionals involved in the projects
Ensuring an exceptional client relationship, from the presentation of the concept to the follow-up of implementation
Oversee the quality of plans, quotes, material selections and other deliverables, in collaboration with the design team.
Track orders, bids, installations and construction sites, and ensure the resolution of any issues encountered.
Monitor changes, costs, deadlines and unforeseen events to maintain good project control
Participate in the development and evolution of Atelier Dansereau through process improvement, proposals and various initiatives of the firm.
Requirements
Hold a Bachelor's degree, DEC, technical diploma, or AEC in interior design (or another related field).
3 to 5 years of experience in an interior design firm, architecture, or other related field.
Proficiency in Revit software
Experience in a similar position
Proficiency in Enscape software
Knowledge of the Building Code and applicable regulations
Ability to manage one's time and priorities
Sense of initiative
Demonstrate autonomy and good organizational skills
Knowledge of Google Workspace
Knowledge of ClickUp
Enabling the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
