The conceptualization
The conceptualization stage in interior design is essential to bringing a project to life. For us, it unfolds in four key phases where we meticulously analyze the creative process and explore all available options to guide us towards the realization of your project.
01 —Layout Options
The " layout options " phase is crucial in the overall process of a renovation or new construction project. At this stage, we determine the essential elements of the space (volumes, number of rooms, what should be included, etc.) in order to propose various possible layout options. The goal is to find an option that meets all your criteria in terms of space, allowing us to then move on to the material selection phase.
02 — Choice of materials
By far one of the most frequently associated phases of interior design, the " material selection " phase is essential during a renovation or new construction process. The goal is to open Pinterest or various inspiration boards and list the tones, colors, atmosphere, and materials you want to incorporate into your new space so that it truly reflects your ideal for your new environment.
03 — 3D Modeling
The " 3D modeling " phase is an interesting complement to the two previous phases insofar as it allows us to confirm both the chosen layout option and the material choices that we are able to present to you via 3D renderings.

The achievement
The execution phase of interior design encompasses much more than the design itself. Indeed, once we have validated the layout choices, materials, and their composition in your new space, it is now time to translate these ideas into technical plans for implementation through general contractors.
Whether it is for the creation of technical plans, the tendering process or site management, the implementation stage is divided into three phases where we will be pleased to accompany you in order to deliver your new living space.
01 — Technical plans
The " technical plans " phase is essential for the success of your project. We can create all the plans (layout, construction, custom furniture, plumbing, electrical, etc.) you need to bring your dream project to life. These plans will be invaluable during the construction phase, allowing the contractor and other tradespeople to refer to them and clearly and precisely execute the plans we submit, which will be approved by you beforehand.
02 — Bidding Process
The " bid process " phase is just as important as the others, as it allows us to engage our various partners (contractors, cabinetmakers, etc.) to obtain bids tailored to your needs. We ensure that we solicit bids from partners with whom we regularly collaborate to provide you with high-quality service.
03 — Construction Site Management
Finally, the " site management " phase aims to ensure the smooth progress of the work, from demolition (and even a little beforehand if necessary) to the complete delivery of the project. This phase truly aims to offer you a "turnkey" service and ensure the coordination of all the different stages and phases to support you from the beginning to the final realization of your new living space.
