Technical plans —
Technical plans form the basis of your space redesign. Whether it's moving walls, relocating plumbing, or adding new lighting, for example, it's important to produce different types of technical plans so that the tradespeople involved can carry out the modifications accurately and precisely.
Generally, we start with a layout plan that takes into account the measurements of your space and relocates or adds different layouts (furniture, clearance, counters, etc.) according to the space and therefore allows you to better visualize the new layout of your space on a 2D plan.
Once the layout plan is approved and we're ready to move forward, we need to produce all the necessary plans to carry out our new layout. For example, if we're relocating plumbing, adding light fixtures, or creating custom furniture, there are various plans to produce so that the tradespeople who will be performing the work can do so accurately and meticulously.
