The 12th Avenue Project was a major renovation of a ground floor and basement in Montreal. Our mandate was to guide our clients through the entire process, from initial planning and design to the complete redesign of several spaces. From the kitchen and bathroom to the open-concept living area and even the small kitchenette in the basement, every detail was carefully considered to create a timeless ambiance with soft tones.

We had the pleasure of collaborating once again with Drouin-Gagné Construction for this beautiful renovation and we are very proud to present some images of this beautiful achievement.
