The Beatty Project is a kitchen and main bathroom renovation project for a rental apartment in Montreal. Since the goal of this project is to rent out the renovated space, we worked closely with the clients to ensure the existing layout of the apartment was maintained, avoiding the need to relocate plumbing fixtures or other elements that could have resulted in additional costs.

Considering that we were trying to breathe new life into this beautiful apartment, preserving Montreal's character and original features, we assisted the clients with the concept and technical plans. We are extremely pleased with the final result, and here are a few images of this beautiful project.
