The Perras Project is a complete apartment renovation in Old Longueuil (a subtle nod to the Kurt Project , located one floor below in the same building). The goal: a minimalist and timeless interior, where each room breathes through an elegant and welcoming atmosphere.

The kitchen was designed with length in mind, conceived for efficient and direct preparation and work areas. It opens seamlessly onto the dining room, with clean lines and surfaces chosen for their timeless appeal rather than to follow a passing trend. It's the kind of space where it's a pleasure to gather and cook.

One of the key elements of the project is the bathroom. The bathtub is positioned in the center of the room, with a niche in calacatta viola that sets the tone for the entire space: understated and elegant. The living room, master bedroom, and baby's room are designed with a focus on continuity with the rest of the home, using the same ambiance, colors, and textures, so that nothing feels out of place from one room to the next.
